Hello! I do not have time to pass the annual audit. Maybe someone knows how much is penalty for this in Thailand.

Assuming you are talking about a private limited company:

 

Up to 2 months late:

 

Accountant = 1,000 baht

Managing Director = 1,000 baht

 

2 - 4 months late:

 

Accountant = 4,000 baht

Managing Director = 4,000 baht

 

Over 4 months late:

 

Accountant = 6,000 baht

Managing Director = 6,000 baht

 

PLUS

 

There is a penalty for not holding an AGM to approve the audited accounts.

 

Company = up to 20,000

Directors = up to 50,000 each
