What a clever comment. Of course it's all wrong or fake news. All the TV, newspapers, social media. So much wrong that no one can now believe anything they read or watch.

Good job we have experienced celebrities and VIPs like you who give so many interviews to tell us what's going on!

Are all those interviews just in Thailand or is your comment world wide?

We have The Sun magazine, and we have several other good trusted news who is famous for their trustworthy articles.

Im more impressed you guys find the details and investigated all the news and police reports to find the missing link for this murder.

Whasup with the Hooker thing.?

The fact that he married "a hooker" was very important to The Sun...they won't publish a news story like this unless they can find a sleaze angle to it.

How many years could the average farang live in a condo before he falls from the balcony?

Good question, but if my balcony was more then 300 feet high, I would jump every single day I felt for it.

A qualified Teacher registered with the General Teaching Council for England, employable in UK schools?

Or an unqualified backpacker trying to score an easy few quid?

You don't see anything in between those two extremes?

...A police source close to the case said: ''To say that John's divorce was acrimonious is an understatement. Thanyaporn had left him penniless and in debt.

Not exactly. The guy tried to buy his girlfriend so as to keep her, he only has himself to blame. Older does not necessarily mean wiser. I find it difficult to have sympathy for these types of guys, but RIP nevertheless.

Your response makes no sense. Plenty of horror stories of guys from western countries getting taken to the cleaners by "nice" girls, who are really no better than $10 hookers. At least in Thailand you know what you're getting.

Not really. Not many girl bars near where I lived in London, not like here. He married a prostitute all I'm saying is "they never learn" and it is my, and many others observation, that Thais are uninterested in ethics far more than 'normal' people in the west. But you are going off topic.

Ethics just as bad in UK, just more virtue signals.

There are scum everywhere we won't disagree on that but the culture here is different and ethics (i.e. lying, corruption etc.) is far more rampant and that is obvious.

and you know that because.................................?
The majority of prostitutes in LOS do not work in Pattaya, and probably never go with a farang.
He said the majority in Pattaya not LOS
I tend to agree with him.

RIP

An app on your phone that continually records at least audio on your phone and streams it somewhere safe where a friend has access is a good idea, yes?

Of course you'd need a trustworthy friend, a decent phone and internet connection.

Or just fake it and say your phone has been recording and sending to the cloud hopefully scaring the would be murderer away.

He had "spent a fortune" on his "former hooker" wife - buying her a car, motorcycle and supporting her family - before discovering she was cheating on him two years ago.

He will be awarded the darwin award posthumously.

bar girl has a boyfriend on the side using the old guy money to support him,

And support his meth addiction. I don't have any problem people giving money or buying stuff for bar girls but give only what you could afford to lose in a casino. Don't bankrupt yourself for a bar girl. The old saying is still valid - "you cannot buy love".

Had the divorce been finalised, she would have lost the right to his pension

Does a foreign spouse get a pension in the UK if she had never set foot in the UK?

In the US, a Thai spouse won't get social security unless she had lived in the US for five years at least.

Under totalization treaty, foreign spouse of 25 countries will get spousal social security even if they have never set foot in the US.

Spousal social security is 50% of husband's social security payment and it starts at age 62. The spouse does not have to die for the other spouse to start getting social security and  even an unmarried divorced spouse get spousal benefits if married for at least five years.
