I just bought a new bike and I plan a few minor modifications.

I.e. I just bought a mudguard which is officially for another bike because there is no "official" mudguard for my bike.

My questions is how are the official warranty laws in Thailand.

I.e. in the EU the owner can chose to do the service with any qualified garage and aftermarket part don't void the warranty.

How is this in Thailand? Can the manufacturer or importer refuse to do something on warranty by law?

Some time ago I bought a bike in a Suzuki shop and I asked the shop owner to do some modifications (tires, break lines).

At that time I asked him if this could create any problem with the warranty and he said no, no problem, because I do anything in his garage (official dealer where I bought the bike) so no problem.

What is your experience with repairs covered by warranty?

Did you have any problems that repair on warranty was refused because of any modifications of the bike?
