Assuming it's the due date you must pay by close of business that day.

BUT you may not be able to pay at the Seven, a trip to the water company office is on the cards ?

When was the bill delivered?

Near the top of the demand it shows the reading date, at the bottom it has the date it must be paid by, which is one week after the reading. Under that date there is another about cutting supply off, another one week. You can only pay at 7/11 etc during the week after the reading, after that you must go to their office..

I know all dates on the slip, it's just trying to convince a friend whose wife has told him if he doesn't pay this morning they will cut the water today.

Mind you he would believe her if she said they had fairies in the garden.

When I had a water leak at their meter, with water flooding the road, it took two days for them to sort it, so l reckon cutting the supply off will not be high on their agenda..

Mrs.Trans brother ..☹️...didn't pay for months...

There is a steady stream coming from the supply line 2 houses along the Soi. Her indoors has reported it, shown photographs etc. About a year ago they turned up, took their own photograhs and haven't been back since.

its a must pay, they staple our water and electricity bills to the front gate, unfortunately we had some  very heavy rain and the water bill(only a few hundred baht) must have  gotten very wet and disappeared with the strong winds so we did not pay it by the due date, they actually came to our house and turned the water off and we didnt find out till we went to wash the dishes. A phone call to the water board and they informed us we hadnt paid the bill on time, when we said we never received the bill they said it didnt matter and we had to pay for it to be put back, all this for a few hundred baht, they are a joke

you do realize due to physical problems some people are unable to walk very far or do a lot of physical things. I have spinal damage and if I walk any great distance  I tend to collapse, I have suffered like this for many years, before my injury I was heavily involved in sport and extremely active,  now I have to be very careful about the way I move around constantly to avoid falling over or losing everything below the waist. Until you suffer an injury that limits your ability to do things,  being smart arse and putting  someone else down for it is pretty pathetic.

mate, I dont have a clue when they are due, my wife pays them. She loses the car keys regularly due to her bad memory, unless she sees the physical bill she misses it or I will grab it if I see them on the gate. In Australia you are actually told you are overdue or they knock at your door before doing it, here they just shut it off and for peanuts really

Mrs.Trans is the same, so I now control the bill payments...I even keep the paid ones just in case I get hassle for non payment as l use Tesco or 7/11 to "pay" them.....
