Not quite.  Twenty years ago she was called a "glamour" model.  Otherwise known as a topless model or one of the Sun's page three models.  (Funny the the Sun is running this Katie Price "story").  The term "model" is used in many ways that does not apply to the traditional.  This is one of them.

 

Ironic then that Katie Price has almost iconic status with the young ladies of Thailand.   Maybe you should put them right!

That is a norm in many countries I visited.

This woman probably will not do that on many Muslim countries. 

Nudity is not part of Thai culture, some officials say.  They seem to forget that it wasn't that long ago when it was quite common for Thai women to be topless.  Almost the norm!  If you look at old photographs and posters, you will see lots of topless women.

 

Paintings of the Thai celestial angels are always bare breasted.

 

Three pairs of  breasts of Nang Songkran (Songkran goddesses) were on prominent display on the top banner of the Ministry of Culture website. (since been taken down)

True  though the best career move was probably the implants.  Before that she was an average glamour model with average expectations.  After the boob job and more exposure (sic) in the Sun, she became more high profile but still not a really known figure.  It was getting together with Peter Andre that kicked off her "celebrity".  They got married and made a reality TV show that made them millions.  After that she had appearances on many TV shows, a dire attempt at singing and let's not forget her going down the Kim Kardashian route with the sex tape!

 

I am no fan of Prices (don't like the add-ons) but after having her disabled child she did a good job in raising awareness.  She is a self publicist, not a model anymore, nor has she been for many years.

Maybe "Former top model" would be accurate.  It's not insulting and not mis-selling a pigs ear either.  None of us will look as good at 90 as at 21 by popular standards.

I bet she'll pay more due to the weighting allowance.

 

But under Thalands law is ok to show wifes getting beat up. guns and knives . but cannot show smoking or boobs  great logic
