CityNews – On July 22nd, a boat captain called the police after discovering a body in the Pin River, near the Pa Tan Bridge.

 

After the call was made, police arrived at the specified location but the body was not there.

Good heaven, was it really too much trouble to copy and paste also the next sentence from the original article?

The body was 400m downstream.

I think you are right about this one but otherwise that's a fairly all-encompassing generalization. Is it not possible 1 or 2 can swim? There are 65 million of them after-all.  They have some swimming records here:
