Chinese Call Centre Scammer Arrested

CityNews – A Chinese call centre scam operation has been raided, leading to arrests.

The arrest occurred on August 7th at a housing estate in tambon Tha Sala following a police report concerning a possible Chinese call centre scam.

Interesting, the officer a few days ago said i need to go to the ATM and update the book to today, no need for new letter or copy, of course the update book machine didn't update after a 500 baht withdrawal, i tried two different branches so had to wait until the branch opened at 9.30.
