When I was a kid back in the 50s a wheel past us on the highway it was from the car behind us. We got a big laff out of that

It happened to me a good few years ago.  'er indoors was on the back of my Honda Phantom , doing about 70kph and a cranky old pick up was in front of us. the nearside front wheel was wobbling so much I said let's get in front then you can wave the driver down.  We overtook , slowed down with the intention of waving the driver down when his front wheel came along side us , I opened up to get out of the way . didn't need to inform the pick up driver any longer.

Thailand perfect and best country in the world. It was a pesky foreigner from Cambodia/Burma etc who did the maintenance. No blame for Thailand please.
