Police preparing speedy immigration process

‘No evidence’ yet to charge woman with killing cats

Fiery van crash kills nine Myanmar migrants

SEVERAL MYANMAR workers smashed glass windows with their heads and fists to get out of a van that crashed into a tree and soon caught fire in Kamphaeng Phet province yesterday morning. But nine of them could not escape in time and were consumed by the flames.

Poll respondents split over pet registration, but agree fee too high

Just over half of people surveyed this month by NIDA Poll were opposed to a government proposal that pet owners be charged a fee to register their cats and dogs, but most respondents objected to the hefty suggested fee of Bt450.

WASHINGTON/LONDON (Reuters) - Saudi Arabia on Sunday called the killing of journalist Jamal Khashoggi at its Istanbul consulate a "huge and grave mistake", but sought to shield its powerful crown prince from the widening crisis, saying Mohammed bin Salman had not been aware.

Woman who fell off cliff to escape sex attack is now running the NYC marathon
