Windows Word - Adding More Shapes

Featured Replies

I am an oldie and not very technically minded.

When using older versions of Windows Word it was possible to add and save 'more' shapes for inserting in to text.

The version I have now Win7 - MS Office Home and Student 2013 does not allow for adding more shapes.

I am trying to add moon phases to a calendar I am making ( have made a range of calendars in the past but never with moon phases ) but suitable shapes are not available in the Insert Shapes folder.

Can anyone advise how I can do this another way ?    The moon phases should be either black / white or yellow / white.

Search the net for "moon phases clip-art" and there are zillions of hits.

For example:-

Chop it up with Paint and insert into your document as images as required.
