Erectile Dysfunction - looking for good doctor

Featured Replies

Hi, Ive seen similar topics but not active recently. I have problem with ED and im looking for a good doctor who will help me to diagnose root of the problem and find solution to it. Next 2 weeks i plan to go to Phuket and then go back to Bangkok so if any of you know doctor from one of these citites i would appriecate that a lot. Ive been to one in Phuket but all what he did was test for testosterone ( which was good ) and describing me cialis - it helped but after a month i had same problem again. Im 31 years old, i don't drink, don't smoke i do some sports - that's why im worried even more.

Below i paste doctor who i found in bangkok and probably will try his help but maybe someone of you could recommend good one who helped you with such a problem, thank you a lot for your help.

I'm no expert in this field but are you on anti-depressants or other medication?

I tried Paxil for a while and it took me a good 30 minutes to get a hard one while taking those meds so I quit within a week or two.

I do drink, I do smoke, and I don't sport but no ED issues. so none of that appears to matter.

You could also try a ladyboy sometime, maybe that works for you ????

Bangkok Hospital anti age doctor you need, they will exam your hormons, and give you suggestions what you need to do, either there is a physical or a mental problem.

They have good anti age doctors in Phuket and Bangkok.

ED issues could also arise and manifest itself owing to deep rooted emotional and psychological as well as biological unwellness, not suggesting that the Op has them but they should be taken into account,

Thai male would rather die than admit to a doctor that they can't get it up, so i would be skeptical as for the experience of a local MD to help..

Im aware of that thats why im lookin for help here, maybe someone has some good contacts and went through similar problems. I just need some guidance where to go because last meeting with doctor in hospital was total waste of money and time when he predescribed me cialis.

The fact that the doctor tested your testosterone levels, and then (presumably) didn't prescribe you extra T. suggests that he found your T levels to be within the normal range.  The reason for ED problems could be mental (emotional) or physical (I had ED problems from my early 20's after falling off a horse which compressed my lower spine and presumably compressed the nerves to my dick - chiropractic massage helped to untrap the nerve).  Perhaps it is your lifestyle (bad diet etc)

So the suggestion to visit an ED specialist is a good first move...

I couldn't do it for 5 months after my English wife announced she was divorcing me, then I came to Thailand and a nice girl I met in a bar helped me work it all out.

thanks for meritoric post. My lifestyle is good, i keep good diet and im in a good shape because of sports which im doing. T levels were in normal range like you said.

So i got to find good ED specialist. Would appreciate if anyone have any contact, found few on the google but maybe someone has some recomendations.

Even though my testosterone levels were normal I still got a massive boost from bueta superba

{Google it} , a pungent herbal testosterone. Thai men swear by it and I'm not one to embrace herbal tonics but I do now.

Give it a try while waiting for your doc appointment. Available in most chemist's and cheap /made right here

Sounds like you got an placebo effect, and that is often enough to get you going if there is som kind of mental block.

Hormons is more than just T, and normal doctors really do not know enough.

I can tell you exactly why it's not placebo.

My orgasms as I hit the 50 's became really weak. It was hardly worth the effort to have sex if that was my reward

Since taking the supplement I'm having full body sensation stronger than when I was a teen. Pot smokers probably know what that means.

Been on it for years now but I did stop for several months and went straight back to feeling old. And oh yeah it's also a big energy booster especially if you work out.

The downside is there hasn't been extensive testing done so it may be a bit risky long term

Then maybe a wider research could be helpful to know better why it working for you? You have a hormon deficiency proven by doctor? If the plant work like sildenafil, it will also have side effects you should be awerer of.

T levels were in normal range like you said.

When you say 'normal', did you see the actual figures of your test results?  'Normal' might mean that the doctor considered the levels to be normal for a man of your age.  But that could be at the lower range of 'normal',

I have had low T levels all my adult life.  About 8 months ago I went to the clinic in Pattaya and had tests for my T levels, PSA and estrogen.  My T level was low for a man of my age.  I was prescribed T injections which I do twice a week.

My main reason for wanting to increase my testosterone level was nothing to do with ED - I accepted my ED problems decades ago.  My reason was to try to help me to increase my upper body muscle mass, which was very much lacking.  By including regular T injections in my training regime, I have been able to increase my upper body muscle mass but NOT to look like Mr Universe!  Rather, I wanted to enter my twilight years with some available muscle that will waste away as I age, (as is normal). Better to start wasting muscle when you still have some, rather than ending with next to zero muscle when you hit old age ????

The T injections definitely help with my training program.  But here's the bonus!!  ED problems all but gone... ????

I check my T, PSA and estrogen levels every few months.  My T level is now at the top end of what is considered normal for a man of my age.

I have type 2 diabetes and I've been dysfunctional for about 12 years...can this type of ED be treated? the old libido is still functioning but I can't get hard enough for penetration but I can always bring myself off no problem...tried viagra, cialis, etc but no dice...always presumed that diabetic circulation problems were progressive and non reversible...

Just lay back and let the babe do her job..and use her techniques..

OP, you want to look for an answer to your question from board member Sheryl, who's also the moderator for the health and medicine forum, and our resident expert on doctor referrals. She can give you specific advice for doctors in BKK who specialize in the issue you have.

mine is 610.0 ng/mL  it shows that normal range for guys 20-49 is 249 - 836 ng/dL range not sure how accurate is this.
