Nam, my cousin’s fiancee is a Lao lady.

[~45 years ago, she was born as a big American bomb exploded 

nearby and the concussion on her mom’s belly 

caused her to squirt out and fly across the room.]

They live Patts most of the year and currently.

Nam was recently visiting family in Savanakhet prov.

The plan was to bus back to Patts yesterday, FEB-19.

Both her mom and her monk told/cautioned her to stay one more day.

She left anyway and while waiting for a bus transfer at Mukdahan,

she called up her Thai lady friend who lived there 

for a visit.

Walking down the sidewalk hand-in-hand,

they were struck by two drunk Thai males on a mocy.

Nam was knocked out.

Her friend was killed.

Both lads killed.

Bystanders took Nam to the temple.

/rather than doctor?

Rattled, she bought a bus ticket back here.

/Accidentally bought a ticket to BKK rather than direct Patts.

Her diamond ring somehow missing.

Still pretty shook up.

Blaming herself for not heeding monk.

 

Tell her to buy a lottery ticket  P.S. I am not a monk (so might not win)
