Guess at my age I'm too much earthbound to grasp virtual matters, HOWEVER : Never give up!

1. Naming individual Desktops= DT- not possible ---   any tricks? 

E.G. How to distinguish between the REAL DT being my original desktop and the unreal DT (no pun intended)

 

2. Question: How would you organize this task

- original ODT is overloaded with folders, docs all written in the same application= Google Docs

Q= like on a mobile, can folders or docs simply be swiped from ODT to DT  1 or 2 ? 

To be dropped into another folder?

Goal: to give the mess on my ODT a structure and its folders a sequence.

Real virtual Assistance is greatly appreciated

 

Why keep them in Desktops. Put folders onto a 'DATA DISK' , eg DOCS, MUSIC, PICTURES, VIDEOS. You can easily move the folders from C/Users/Username/Docs etc. Click Properties for that folder and move it to wherever you want it to be.
