Question about AIS usage detail internet history

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone,

Thanks for reading my post. This is ny first post here in the thaivisa forum.

I have an AIS sim card, given to me by a friend. In the my AIS application, there is one section about usage detail history. In there, there is one option about internet/ wifi/ value added service.

I would like to know what information is being showed in there. Does it Show all the websites, youtube search that I have visited, total internet gb usage, and etc?

As the sim is given by a friend, I cannot login to see it.

Thank you so much and have a wonderful day!

You should be able to see this detail, turn off WiFi, then run the AIS app.

Or on WiFi, go to my eservice, enter the number, then wait for the 4-digit OTP to come via SMS. You can do the same on a PC.

*545# SEND will return your number in case you don't know it.

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ais.mimo.eservice&hl=en

https://myais.ais.co.th/login

It should show the date and time of each mobile data session, the volume (maybe in KB or MB) and the duration of that session.

It won't show the websites you visited.

Thank you very much for your reply. ????

I was able to login to the AIS account. However, at the usage detail history, it asks for ID card number or passport number.

It shows:

Please identify yourself by enter one of your id number e.g ID card or passport.

And it says: Check your usage history for the last 30 days. Does that mean it will only show up to 30 days ? And not more than that?

Thanks a ton!

Yes, it seems like AIS has added this secondary verification. Sorry, I didn't realize that.

Can you ask your friend for their Thai ID, or passport number which was used to register the SIM?

Are you tied to this SIM/number? Is getting a new one an issue?

And what is it you're specifically concerned about?

If Monitoring usage/volume, then:

You can use IVR, dial *121, press 1 for English, press 4 for internet usage.

Or USSD, *121*3# SEND, and/or *121*32# SEND
