Facebook authorisation code expired for app usage how to reactivate ?

Hi there are allot of iOS apps connected with your Facebook acount for logg in , also dating apps use this protocol , since yesterday I got the massage first time never seen before your Facebook autoristation has been expired ! I never got this massage before , a re login is impossible to use and connect to same app over Facebook I use before , it seems to be a complicated process to start a reauthorisation of the used acount a quick google search shows me dos promt Windows and Parameters to check status of the autorisation protocol or what ever , not sure how the reactivation process can be done now strange thing was I was using same apps with same Facebook acount for logg on on my 3 iPhones and 2 iPads not all accounts rejected log in simultaneously day after day the acesss was denied first on iPhone then iPad and now all phones using same app for fb logg in i can’t use anymore
