Stop Google Searches (Knowledge Panel) showing Thai language?

Recently I have noticed my PC and my smartphone have started giving results from Google searches in English AND Thai whereas my settings have always been set to English. It appears to happen on results pages where there are Google Knowledge Panels to display, and these panels are in Thai whereas the main search results are in English. Most annoying on smartphone searches as the Knowledge panels display first on screen at top of phone display pages.

 

** Can anyone help and explain how to get all Google back to English and where are the settings to change the Google Knowledge panel display settings from Thai to English please?

Ok think I found it. Looks like even tho I have language set to English I then also have to set Search Results settings to any country who's native language is English,

but what if you are asking for information about or within a none English speaking country,  like Thailand, will it stop showing those results, even if they are in English?

If I switch the search result settings to UK the Google result is as below with right hand 'Knowledge panel" in English, not Thai as in o/p when my search setting was set to current location, which is a lot more useful than displaying it in a foreign language one cannot read. Why Google does this is my question now??
