Bored or been bored with Thai wife anyone?  Why?

I just cannot understand why people say "they are bored",

i have never been bored in my life,young kids get easily

bored,but adults ?.

Its bored with wife not just bored. Very long term GF and I split. Most people i know are bored in their relationships..usually to hard to communicate on a deeper level so both just give up.

 

Very easy to not get bored with a renter ????

OK, married to Thai wife for 31 years,not bored with her yet,why would i be,

maybe it's just some people have a very short attention span,child like,

thinking the grass is always greener on the other side,when you

find a goodin.look after her,and yes there are  very good women

 in Thailand ,contrary to popular belief on ThaiVisa anyway.

Bored shiteless with mine. Basically a good girl, no money or family issues at all. Been with her two years. She just seems like the sort of person who looks for problems all the time, and always inane stuff that happened in the past, long before I met her. Like every three days the storm clouds come over. She's not even a depressed person it's like a habit she has formed long ago and can't break. She's not psycho or aggressive, it's sulking passive aggressive stuff. Like someone who is comfortable feeling bad....then nothing will disappoint if you expect bad all the time. I'm not a drinker or aggressive, don't go out nights. I'm no day at the beach or perfect but I just hate dealing with unimportant crap that doesn't effect us all the time. I'd rather be putting time and energy into something positive. We have a little business together, I have a child as does she and we have a lot more important things to worry about, like the kids future, business etc. Most Thai girls I have met seem to have the intelligence and maturity of approximately half their age. These girls seem to move in to your house, get under your guard then it is so hard to get shod of them. I'd much rather she change her attitude and I could see we would have a nice happy life but I don't think it's going to happen. Seems to be a way of life for many Thais where they seem to thrive on drama and conflict

A person would be a sad case indeed if your life, and whether you are bored or not, is dependant on another person. I have been married to my Thai wife for 22 years.  In that time the relationship has changed, as all such relationships do, but bored, no. We have different interests and different ways to get through the day, mine is gym, golf, sea fishing, meeting friends for coffee, hers are family, markets, eating, talking with her friends and socialising.  It keeps our relationship interesting as we both have plenty to talk to each other about. We then have what binds us, apart from love obviously.  Our UK family, our daughter, our shared possessions, even our past years in the UK, travelling the World and now in LOS. Bored, never.

HOW the heck can anyone be bored of sex?  Find a super hot Thai girl, and just have sex.  You want to talk deep, make an appointment with a psychotherapist or ego back to home country and marry educated Alpha female.  They'll massage your cortex while I enjoy my Thai massages 24/7????...but everyone is different.  I so agree with worgeordie.

This morning it was cold but we have had a fine day. We took the boogie boards to the beach and the water was really cold. I did not want to go in but the wife just looked at the crystal clear water and waves rolling in and said to me, ”We won't get this in Chiang Mai”. So we dived in and caught some waves. It was cold but certainly not boring.

 

It is how you look at things and the way you act. You're own fault if you get bored. It's a laugh a minute in our household. My wife is doing yoga now and I am writing this listening to music on a Google Home Speaker. You cannot be in each others pocket all the time.

I blame the Thai soaps on TV for this. I had several girlfriends before I met my wife and it was like living in a Lakhon with them. It was drama all the time. My wife hates the Thai soaps - says they are child like and stupid.

I've never confused lovers with friends so never had this problem.

Lovers, completely restricted to female spinners, brains and communication skills not required.

Friends, people with shared interests, I don't have sex with my friends so their gender isn't important.

Perhaps lack of boredom is linked to lack of aspiration, lack of imagination and lack of ambition. Cows chewing on their cud do not get bored...they know no better. Bored and restless people are sometimes driven to creativity to escape the bonds of boredom. Regarding marital boredom: it is a major problem because one continous marriage to one person is totally unatural, especially for men.

This is my life. And I'm not only bored of wife, I'm actually giving up on renting my own place and just returning home. Bored shitless with Thailand.

The solution was simple, I traded her in for a younger model, they WERE friends before I married the young one
