Tick tick tick...a certain substance is about to hit the proverbial fan.

So watch out (no pun), there will be more than the certain substance flying around, there will be teddy bears, baby bottles, nappies, etc etc.

and five smaller parties in the coalition government declared themselves an “independent opposition”.

The government failed to communicate. They did not say "You are to vote this way our else you will be shot". So defeat of the government in the first sitting, so now out will come the big guns from a man? who could not even recite the oath correctly and refuses to resign until the issue is settled by the Constitutional Court.

Whilst it is almost inevitable that the guns will come out, and probably sooner rather than later, I doubt that he will be the one calling the shots. There is a new order coming, within the ruling establishment...

And one that will make this junta look like a teddy bears' picnic by comparison...

Communication problems among the ruling coalition parties are being blamed for the government’s first defeat

Not surprising when the PM ad libs his oath of office.

Your telling the world you're a democracy, (even though it's Thai style democracy) so get used to loosing on some issues.  Stop the nonsense excuse of misunderstanding and communication and just get on with it.
