If Thai Immigration have got any sense they will use this thread to show how their policies are working.

If you had any sense , you would understand that Thai immigration and their policies have nothing to do with my whereabouts .

Like, I didnt leave Thailand because of any visa related issues  , I have issues in the UK that need my personal attention

You were  speaking about me though and thus I replied .

Are you in a bad mood this morning ?

You seem rather aggravated .

West ham lost yesterday ?

Thought about buying somewhere last time I was in the UK until I discovered the council tax was 179 quid a month and water 41 a month. What's that over 8k baht a month before you get started on the gas and electricity. ????

If I was aggravated every time we lost I would be on the booze as much as you. ????

Dont try and deny it .

You quite clearly meant that myself being back in the UK is the result of the Thai immigration policy of "Good guys in, bad guys out" and thats a good thing (in your opinion).

Dont pretend that that wasnt what you meant .

Nothing to with "paranoia" or alcohol consumption

That would probably be because

supermarkets in the west are generally aimed at the poor.

supermarkets in Asia are generally aimed at the wealthy.

I always wonder at the foreigners shopping in Thai supermarkets that don't understand they are paying premium prices for almost everything. I guess you can't fix stupid!

I pay 150bht for a 70cl bottle of Vodka in Thailand, Tesco UK it's 11 quid (2.5x).

10bht for 4 large bell peppers at my local Thai market, in Tesco UK at least a pound (4x).

How are these UK prices cheaper?

Where pray tell can you get a 70 co bottle of vodka for 150baht in thailand?

If I don't quote you directly, it means you're on 'ignore', or the forum software has has a 'whoopsy'.

(not you Kadilo, the person you quoted)

Every Tesco store, it's the 'Red' one, and as good as any Vodka I've ever drunk.

You still dont understand .

The Thai visa situation had nothing to do with my leaving

I was good visa wise until the middle of next year .

I left for personal reasons , nothing to do with Thai immigration

Really?

"Bonfire law

The law on domestic bonfires in England and Wales is very simple: there isn’t one; there is, however, a law against any subsequent nuisance that having one might cause."

The smoke causing nuisance isnt allowed...........but the fires are ?

So, you can have a bonfire as long as theres no smoke produced ?

But anyway

My Mum told me that she isnt allowed to have any fires in our back garden .

Well , fires are allowed , but if any smoke comes from that fire , you can get done under the Environmental protection act of 1990 and also get charged with causing a nuisance .

The smoke isn't the problem, it's what your burning, understand? And fyi, your mum is wrong.
