Jeffrey Epstein accuser links powerful men to financier: civil court filing

While Epstein's death will end the criminal prosecution against him, it won't end the civil complaints. Those complaints (and perhaps more now with his death as plaintiffs won't be facing the accused) will simply rename the defendant from "Jeffry Epstein" to "The Estate of Jeffry Epstein." Testimony and evidence presented in the civil cases can be just as damaging to persons involved in Epstein's alleged minor sex trafficking.

Yes, but those trials don't really have the ability to implicate anybody above Epstein. Epstein being dead ensures the buck stops with him. Maxwell is the only one left who could unravel the truth and she isn't in custody.

That's not assured.

Such a civil complaint only need to identify a single entity as defendant (ie., Estate of Epstein) and 100 John Does in the likelihood of any conspirators who would share guilt for the purposes of compensation and punitive monetary awards.

Trump is named as a co-defendant along with Epstein in a court filing alleging child rape, the case withdrawn by the defendant when she and her family were threatened with violence.

Be assured, the court filing exists and also be assured SDNY have a copy.

You have proof of all this, links etc? Please share them.

Wrong.  Show us the proof, not a fake propaganda article.   If the SDNY had any dirt on Trump, it would have been made public along with the fake Mueller Report that is starting to fall apart with the declass of Mueller's so called investigation.  If you believe anything from the MSM you are crazy.  I want to see actual evidence proving whatever claims are made.  No hard evidence, no claim!  I'm tired of the, he said, she said, and a confidential source told me, BS!  Facts cannot be disputed...  Hearsay is useless and inadmissible...

The lawsuit document can be accessed  by clicking on the link in red.

"In 2016, “Jane Doe” filed a lawsuit against Trump alleging a “savage sexual attack” in 1994, when she was 13 years old, in which he tied her to a bed at Epstein’s house, raped her, and struck her in the face. The account was corroborated by a witness who claimed to have seen the child perform sexual acts on both Trump and Epstein."
