Return policy for JIB - Can't read this Thai web-page

Featured Replies

Hey all,

Google translate usually helps in these instances, but being that this particular web-page is displayed as an an image with text rather than just text, Google translate can't work with it.

Does anyone know what the return policy for JIB is, or is someone able to read this page and tell me? I was hoping they had a 15 or 30 day return policy. Here is their official return policy page:

Thanks for your help!

Thanks, Jack! Really appreciate your help. And can I return it to a local JIB shop even if I receive it via mail from a JIB located elsewhere?

I can't tell you this for sure, because i never did this. I only returned an item at a JIB shop which i also bought there, but this was easy to do.

I would recommend to just call their hotline and ask them directly

Here is an idea.  If you have a printer, or at least access to one, you can do a "screen print", or if using Windows 10 on a PC, do a "screen snip", and print out the picture. Then you can use Google Translate on either an iPhone or a Android phone and snap and translate the picture.  And there are online translator websites that will read and translate a photo/screen print--they can be a little unwieldy, but they work.  A quick search will bring up several.
