I'm looking for a wall hung toilet with a frame and cistern.  Something like this:

Where to buy this in Bangkok? What kind of price range will it be?

Any Cotto dealer can order this.  11,000 baht upwards depending on the Cotto model. Might be other brands. just check the catalogs at any motivated dealer.

Nice one. Thanks! I'll try that.

Boonthavorn has them at their Ratchadaphisek showroom. A complete system will cost around 15-20k. I have just bought 3 sets for a renovation.

Great! What brands do they have?

Got some quotes (in THB, staring price) for a complete system (toilet, frame, sealed tank, push panel):

Grohe  - 42.7K (Imported via China, two month delivery)

Kohler - 27.2K

Toto    - 17.3K

Delivery included, but installation excluded. Toto offers free "training" for your "Chang" (technician) to install the wall hung system.

Any other quotes? Anyone?

I have a Toto And am satisfied.  The valve assemblies are what you need to be careful of on these, but you have all good brands and should be fine. One little recommendation to save you some pain though is to make sure you install a filter upstream of them.  Much more serviceable than the internal screen.
