Lamphun: Myanmar national arrested for dealing in Ya Ba

 

 

Naew Na reported that a joint operation of Lamphun immigration and the Muangjee police resulted in the arrest of a 27 year old man from Myanmar. 

 

Thun (no surname) was arrested on Tuesday along with drug taking equipment and 206 Ya Ba tablets. 

 

He was charged with possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell and using the drug.

 

He has been handed over to the Muang Lamphun police.

Is this just a newsworthy story because the perpetrator isnt Thai ?
