Identify the parts you think have not been proven.  Is it the part about foreign election assistance is illegal? The fact that foreign aid was being held up until Zelensky publicly announced Ukraine was investigating the conspiracy theories? The fact that the conspiracy theories Trump wanted "investigated" were debunked?

During Nixon Watergate it was discovered that the white house had a secret taping system that recorded every word in the white house.  It was there during LBJ & Kennedy..  Nixon thought it was privilidged and no court would dare ask for it, they did and the putsch to get him out of office was successful.. The taping system was then dismantled and in every successive impeachment attempt.. particularly Iran/Contra will fail because they would need that much evidence to impeach.  With clinton, they had enough to prove he lied about having sex, but lying about haveing sex is not most peoples definition of high crimes so that failed as well..  This case alot weaker than Iran Contra-that's for sure,

Yea, they have zero evidence for a non existent crime. That doesn’t matter though, they know how easily the public can be manipulated. Zucker at CNN was recently caught on tape telling his staff to keep the impeachment story front and center. When you have the 4th branch of government working for the DNC you don’t need to follow the law, you just need to create the illusion of following the law.

Even if Graham said the process is illegal and unconstitutional (you did not provide a link to Graham's comments) it does not change what the constitution says about impeachment; what the House is doing is in accordance with the constitution. 

 

President Zelensky is under duress; what he said can not be taken at face value.  How many times must that be explained to you?  Do you deny it?
