3BB Internet connection loss this week.

Featured Replies

Hi,

I am with 3BB and the internet connection has been going haywire this week. Things keep dropping out etc.

Has anyone else experienced this problem, or does anyone know what is going on?

Thanks in advance.

How about a hint where you live?

If 3BB fails nationwide we would have read about it.

Of course, yes. I am in the South of Thailand. I have heard of others having the same problem this past week.

I'm in Bangkok. My 3BB fiber-optic service went down Sunday around 8pm and returned to service Monday morning around 11 am, then out again at noon for another hour, then full restoration at 1pm.  No Problems since.

3BB did send me an SMS notification during the Sunday outage and another for the shorter one Monday.

Mines been working perfectly many months now.

They will visit and fix any physical issue that's causing this. I once lived in a house which often had problems after a couple of days of very heavy rain.

I had them out multiple times fixing it, no idea what went wrong but every time they came it started working again.

same and have friend in chiang mai getting even longer dns issues on an other isp.

It's a thailand problem but geriatrics that only browse bbc/facebook and thaivisa have no issues because they're all cached in thailand.

I am in Pattaya, had it go 3 times this week but sorted quickly by 3BB.
