Right, but they are located no where near down town, guess they could be taking tanks to the karaoke, or to subway, not much else down that way.   I am not a conspiracy guy, but 4 tanks seem to be surrounding the downtown area near the pullman central mall area.

My kids will be all over that tank in an hour, just found out where they are parking.

Buy one get one free promotion for the old bargirls in that area...... military there for crowd control.

Big thing at Wing 21 at the RTAF base here in Ubon.

Tanks?  Boy, it's okay for some.  At our Children's Day activities we just had a battered old Humvee to climb on.
