28mm fat bars as apposed to 22mm standard size....

 

plenty on shopee...but prefer to buy locally....

In Indo. I had the opposite problem. They were all too big. But some do have shims to make smaller. You may find it is the same in Pattaya. 

I used them to clamp a tachometer to handlebars

there's a shop on pattatya tai a kilo or two from the 3 road interection as you head to suk it is on right side.  you may pay triple in soi b lol
