What on earth do you need masks for? Are you a medical person caring for a sick person? Are you suffering from the Covid symptoms yourself? OR are just trying to deprive people who really need the masks from having them? Do tell.

Simple explanation, some people rightly or wrongly feel vulnerable and what they think is their business - not yours.

he asked the media to present only news that is beneficial to the country.

Like certain greedy people in public office hoarding specific items during a crisis in order to flog them at inflated prices?

If you hold public office, your primary focus should be on the people and not your bank account.

Convicted heroin smuggler becomes Deputy Agriculture Minister?

Perhaps you are being unfair. Successful heroin trafficking requires a knowledge of  opium  cultivation basics, and  the logistics of getting the crop to market. He may be one of the few qualified cabinet ministers.

I think the question was legit. Wearing an inappropriate mask  can actually facilitate infection as  a moist/humid  mask can facilitate survival and passage of the virus. The cheap masks we see Thais wearing  are ineffective after 15 minutes or less when they become moist.

I agree. Any news that has the potential to remove a parasite from his office of power would be very beneficial to the country.

What universe are you talking about, certainly not THE HUB.

quote "Deputy Agriculture and Cooperatives Minister Thamanat Prompow claimed that the Facebook photos of Sornsuwee Puraweerassawach together with his associate Pittinan Rak-iad hoarding face masks were edited."

to quote MRDA,

"(often misquoted "Well he would say that, wouldn't he?")

Cambodia has plenty of masks apparently. Some friends in Thailand sick of the governments inactivity went with a couple of there workers across the border at Sa Keow in 3 vehicles. They where using their own and some donated money to purchase masks for family, friends  and also to donate to the local hospitals. Two vehicles where stopped upon returning Into Thailand, one got through. They where told either go to jail or surrender your masks.

Or perhaps better to describe him as overqualified.

OK, let's buy this slant on the story, but...…..

Where exactly are the 200,000,000 masks right at this very minute?

Because they sure as hell aren't i the key places like supermarkets or pharmacies here in
Thailand and certainly not readily available to the general public!
