  • Since Thai people have absolutely zero understanding of preventative maintenance, I would be hesitant to buy a used vehicle from a Thai. Period. More than likely they have never changed the oil. 

  • Toyotasure is the 2nd hand arm of Toyota, all vehicles carry inspection/warranty etc and are worth a look. They have a nationwide network.    Just a suggestion.

Wife should have no problem selling her car with a full service history then if it is so rare for for Thais to service, unless that's another "Fallacy" that if repeated often enough starts to be believed?
