I saw that this pace was up for sale for a massive amount of money.

The ad has since disappeared and I take it that no one was stupid enough to pay what was being asked or even in the region as it was crazy money.

Any comment?

The building and business isn't what the high price relates to. This street is progressively been built up with boutique hotels and restaurants. The large international hospital has annexed land at the north end. The land the Irish Clock sits on is very expensive.

Just a classic as everywhere isn't it? I mean, they ask 7500 per square wah everywhere too, few who actually pay that.
Or like 1.5 million for a little old <deleted> house with land, 200KM from the nearest big city.

Progressively, as in, "in the process of..".

Khun "Ooh", owner of the Panarai, had good vision building where he did.

Bar next to Italian restaurant seems to do ok.. I’ve not been there

in two years maybe that’s changed...The corner bar by 7/11 was busy

before but 2 years ago seemed business has slowed down there ..

How much was they asking?

I saw one listing at 4.5m some time ago, whether that was the final offering - no idea, for the land, location and size of property I don't think that is a ridiculous price.
