77kaoded reported that teams of firemen, cleaners, soldiers and municipal staff had been out all week making sure Hua Hin was in tip top clean shape.

Now you can eat your dinner off the street...well almost.

Since Monday teams have been spraying disinfectant from machines usually used to combat the 2.5PM particulate matter.

Others have been hosing and scrubbing.

Main roads and markets have been targeted in the widespread cleaning that yesterday was led by local mayor Noppaporn Wuthikun.

The resort 220 kilometers south of Bangkok hopes that Covid-19 restrictions will continue to be eased in the coming days and it can get back to.some kind of normality.

There has not been a new case of the virus in the town for 40 days and malls Blupoint and Market Village are expected be open tomorrow.

not as long as i am living here.

This is a situation I do applaud the Thai system as they keep otherwise unemployed and needy folk productive for themselves and the public welfare. I am always impressed by this Municipal/Socio benefit.

Useless  waste  of  time,  will  do  nothing ,  but  hey  looks  good!

More useless talk, they are still BURNING regularly  round Hua  Hin, easy to see therefore easy to find the offenders BUT, nah no change , burn away!
