Just wondering what the procedure is.

Same as registering the car in your name so when asked for proof of residence you can go out and intentionally get a 500 baht speeding ticket photo from the RTP.

    We did it 6 years ago and were just asked for supporting documents reflecting the change. Which were the same as those documents to needed to change ID card. All concurred and wasn't a problem.

     

    Can imagine that it may not be as easy if you rent.
