Asia is currently still battling both first waves of coronavirus in some countries and a resurgence in others. China has recorded it's largest daily Covid-19 case spike since April. Local infections have surged in Hong Kong over the last week. Japan reported a new record daily case count earlier this week. Vietnam is facing a new outbreak in Da Nang while Indonesia surpassed 100,000 total cases and the Philippines counted over 1,000 daily cases for the 15th day in a row.
