His Excellency took the biscuit by welcoming Queen Elizabeth II - during her state visit to Thailand - back in 1996 - as "Queen Elizabeth Taylor".

I would suggest the poster who called POTUS an idiot wasn't blocked because there is evidence to show it's factual and not fake news.????
