Does anyone know of an effective vpn ?

 I don't care about streaming Netflix and all that garbage. 

 

Just a good, (hopefully free)

one for safeguarding privacy and blocking. 

I use Browsec VPN, the paid version, but they also offer

a free version,and its very easy to use,just install it as

an app in your browser.
