Which wife?  I change mine weekly.

In Thailand I learned that the deadline in couples is 10 years, never really understood why, in fact when years ago I asked my partner how long stay with me, she told me 10 years, now we are nine years old, I think the year next I'll have to look for a new girlfriend.

No option for personality?  Not all of us think with our nether regions! 

not married, but mine ruined her perfect breasts, to wipe out my happy smile presumably,

so there was eventually not strong enough incentive to put up with the downsides,

i came to the conclusion im better off without sex and company,

there isnt anyone qualified to pick up the slacks anyway

Just coming up to 18 years together (married for 16). She still has her smile and (unfortunately) her temper. At least she does the "silent treatment" and not the "kitchen knife and duck" treatment ????

I never seem to be able to get past 13 years, let see how this one goes at 12 years now

Among the many "lessons"  i have learned over the years is the silent treatment one.   Now I am

the one that employs that tactic  ????

 

Along that line,  i can never understand how "men"  here (meaning farangs)  can enter a relationship

where the wife calls the emotional shots ( if not at first, then as time progresses).

I tried to employ all those "how to have a good relationship"  theories , but you know.... in the end

i just decided screw this.    Either the person I am with is, and stays diligent (kayan),  likes to keep busy,

appreciates me and the lifestyle we share,  and is always respectful.......... or I will choose to be alone.

For me, and IMO 99% of men,  the physical attraction is one that fades rather quickly.  Put me with a top model, doesn't matter.   Within a week or two my nose is twitching when another cutie walks near.

She's a coconut having been brought up in Chicago, but that temper is embedded in their Thai DNA. And My God she can scream!

 

But I guess I still love the tempestuous little minx

14 years and she never really had it....that's why she picked me.

'Interesting' I couldn't think of anything LESS interesting. If you really think that would be interesting then you really do need to get out more..a lot more.

I think the funny thing with at least some girls is that we still see what we used to see years ago. And maybe we remember the good times from years ago.

I go since forever into a couple of small bars in Bangkok. And in some of them some of the "girls" work there since maybe 20 years. And some guys walk in, see one of them, embrace her, and think about all those good times 20 years ago...
