Tried to send Rimping  supermarket an e-mail inquiry  enter the email with all the details tried to send up came spam question not answer correct the question was 8+9- tried different  questions to no avail anybody sent a e-mail to them after working out the answer to the spam question i have not got any idea why you sould get a catcha like that

Maybe just phone them up and ask the question.

Pick up the telephone and CALL.

no phone number for customer service shown only shop phone numbers ask any of them for customer service they just hang up even when  i ask in thai

Go down and personally talk to them. Easy to do. Their main office is airport.

No won't waste me time with them if they want to make a big deal out of  an e-mail contact f-em there are other places to get things  

How about just try sending them a direct email:

No wonder they did not answer it. Based on your post here you cannot speak English, let alone Thai.

You all right there most be some kind of expert to be able to tell someone you never seen that cannot speak english let alone Thai. If you read my post I could not send the e-mail. Thank you for your kind words and sharing your expert advice

I think you meant to say that you could not send them a message via their website messaging center, not an email.

 

Sending an email does not require completing a captcha.
