Good afternoon,

I hold a multiple-entry non-O based on marriage. Among the few options available going forward, I am considering using an agent (my current address is in Pattaya, I don't have 400k and Jomtien immigration will not accept my monthly income as I am not a pensioner). From what I have gathered, for a flat fee you get your 1 year extension and all your worries are behind you, which is tempting to say the least. So my questions are (for the more knowledgeable people here, thanks in advance by the way):

- Is there such an agent in Pattaya?

- How much does it cost to "sort you out" despite not meeting financial requirements?

- Are there any risks in doing that?

Thank you!

There is a good reputable fixer agent that several of us members here have been using to sort our marriage extension due to these difficult times. Their head office is in Khoen Kean but they have an agent branch in Pattaya and other city's. The cost is 25k for the 12 month marriage extension.

Got to have all your paperwork in order, photos of you and the wife at the house etc. The agent puts the 400k in your account and then take it straight out and then you go to immigration with the agent to see the head officer in charge to approve your application and sign you off. You get the 30 day consideration stamp which is normal procedure then after 30 days the agent will take your passport to immigration to get the 12 month extension stamp.

PM me if you want their details.

True but doing nothing about your situation and being on overstay is even a bigger risk.

Thanks for that!
