Full English breakfast fry up in Phuket

Featured Replies

Think I may have posted previously in the Favourite Restaurants thread about "Poached", breakfast cafe on Chaofa West, opposited side of the road to Soi Tai Ed.   Large range of breakfast meals, though not strictly a 'full English'.   First photo is of poached eggs on sourdough toast, with bacon, chorizo sausage, hash browns, fried mushrooms and tomatoes.   Second photo is poached eggs on apple salad/toast, with hash browns.

Everything is good quality, and they are open from around 6.30 am until 3 pm.

Fatty, yes. That's the point of a fry-up, but, soggy? No way. So crisp that it can shatter. Whomever cooked your fried bread didn't get the oil hot enough and can't be called a cook.
