469 was the correct amount...but still robbery.  So that is the only bright spot to this place?  They added the 17.7% correctly?  I would mark them doubtful for Songkran, with rent that must be high.  Unless the General does a 180 and opens the borders before then, but that almost look less likely as the days pass.
