The IPTV service I've been using has just been shut down for piracy and is under investigation by DSI. 

 

We want to find a new provider who streams via a set-top box.

 

Our needs are:-

Thai TV channels,

Netflix,

Movie channels - HBO, Fox Movies, Paramount and similar,

News - BBC, Sky, very occasionally watch American news channels.

Documentaries, wildlife, history, etc.

Good selection of kids' channels for when the grandchildren visit.

NOT interested in sport of any description.

 

Cost not a major factor.

 

Based on that lot, can anybody recommend something?

 

I've looked at other threads here but so many people's requirements seem to be for sport, which I don't want so perhaps that'd alter any recommendations.

You can't get Netflix unless its a paid subscription separately.

 

With IPTV, its so cheap, you can take the full package at 500 baht a month and then " hide " the channels you don't want on your menu.

 

Sports is under its own category in the menu. You just ignore it.

 

I have used a guy for the last two years and get great service plus all of the channels you mention. I pay separately for Netflix.
