I'm looking for a mini ape handlebar 7/8, or 22 mm

After two pointless online orders of supposedly 25 cm height, 7/8, or 22 mm in diameter, I have decided to stop any online orders for now.
Twice, they sent me the wrong one, 27 cm tall and two cm too tall. It's for an 1100 cc cruiser and they must be round, I don't need the ones that are flat on the side.

The handlebar can be a bit wider as on the picture attached, no problem.

I had ordered from two different sellers, and both are 2.5 cm too tall, which makes it impossible to fit with the OEM clutch cable, brake line, and wiring. 27 cm doesn't work, and it's almost impossible to find the right clutch cable. I'm not concerned about the brake line and wiring; I can do that alone.

I hope that anybody here can help me to find the right one. Max. 25 cm height, 22 mm diameter, and it should be in Chrome, not black.

I've attached a photo of what I'm looking for, precisely what the Chinese sellers tell you.

I'd be very thankful for any tips, and should anybody be seeking 27 cm mini apes, with 7/8, or 22 mm diameter in Chrome, I'd sell them brand new for 300 baht less. I've paid 1,200 baht with shipping.

The last seller only reimburses when I pay the freight to China and doesn't seem responsible for his lies.

Thanks for any answers that might or might not follow.

Have you tried EBay, I have had good stuff sent by there suppliers.

Have you tried a supplier in UK or USA where you can chat with them and get exactly what you need I found that the best way.

Surprised you cannot find them in Thailand.

The shi+e is from two different e-bay sellers with a 100 % satisfaction rate?

The problem with orders from the US is the shipping. Then it's plus the same amount for shipping and perhaps taxes.

There are some Thais with very tall bars, but they all use different risers as well and thicker bars.

I want to fit 7/8th, 22 mm.

   Thank you very much.

Might sound silly but have you tried a Thai bicycle shop.

Not yet, but they might have the connections to exactly what I'm looking for.

       Thanks.

You never know I've seen many different shapes and sizes bats in bicycle shops. ????

Some of the older Triumphs used the style of bar your looking for...if the ones below are somewhere close at least you'll be able to do a search for the correct bike should the shipping on these be too much (the tax on £30 quid will be minimal)

More bars here...

Can you not get something like this just made from a steel fabricator in Thailand ?

Basically yes. There are two companies that make gates. These people are good in making all sorts of stuff.

But I do not trust the welding of people i don't know and with a pillion rider, it's 380 kg that has to be handled.

Why would handle bars  be welded ?

Well, they shouldn't. But how else would such a gate producing company create a handlebar, something they usually never produce?

It was just theory, no idea what machines these companies have to bend steel into a  particular form of a handlebar?

I'm afraid that they can't do that.

1.  tube bending machine

2.  your fears are unfounded

However,

the stainless steel they typically use is pretty soft.

Thanks, not the right one to hold 380 kg + with pillion rider.

Just a thought : What about the new Honda Grom OK the bars are black but.

No way. I love the Chrome of the 25 year old bike that looks like a new one.

I've leant  a lot, from overhauling carbs to replacing fork seals, to overhauling the brake Master cylinder, a new starter where the whole engine cove has to come off. all fuel lines replaced, and a lot more.

I've worked 1.5 years at it and know more about these bikes now than any mechanic we've got. handlebar and an exhaust that doesn't have such an idiotic sampler box underneath are the last things I'll do.

A Mac two in two exhaust is something i can afford, but then the same amount for shipping and tax is way too much for me.

Now we are talking about $ 800 or so.

Black would in no way fit, but thank you very much for your tip and your time!!!

BugBike Exhausts

Just sent them a message and will call them tomorrow. Thanks a lot, seems to be a great place. The bikes are great, but the fake two in one huge bs thing under the bike is a joke.

No idea why these engineers have done that.

It doesn't make sense to me. The photo is from a 535, but almost the same.

Useless weight and even with modified mufflers not what I like.
