Be aware it’s a two step procedure: you apply with the required docs and wait for pre-approval (within 3 working days - got mine within a day), and after pre-approval you are given 15 days to upload travel and ASQ details. Subsequently  the COE will be issued.

after submitting the travel and hotel documents ...how long does it take to get the final approval ?

You will need your covid insurance certificate at the first stage. ASQ and flight details at the second stage.

yes... I am waiting for final approval after submitting ASQ and flight details...I had pre approval 2 days ago

It may depend upon the workload at the embassy where you are applying.

If I go London-Zurich-Bangkok, what is the correct entry for "last port before port of arrival in Thailand"   ?

 

Strictly, I would have thought this is Zurich, but surely the origin port is more important ?

 

They could make this form much clearer !    Origin -transit -destination !
