DLT eLearning - passed?
Just did the DLT eLearning online videos and the 4 answers at the end. Got a "Pease save this QR code for show on the day of service at the transport office", however, when looking at the instructions here https://www.pcecnews.com/permNL/DLT-Video-Process.pdf on the last page it says "Training Passed" in green letters up top and "Has successfully the renew training". Mine doesn't say these two things. Have they changed the format so it doesn't say these things anymore? -

Foreigners brawl on Patong Beach sparks criticism of Thai laws
Where I come from this is not news. Elementary school - fights, high school - fights, 18-40 yrs old - fights. Police get involved if the altercation involves weapons (never did) or it is a gang thing. Two guys and fisticuffs is nothing. -

Man Discovers Gunshot Hole, Leading Police to Double Murder in Rayong Home
A call to move a parked car led to a shocking discovery of two bodies in a Rayong home, prompting police to investigate the circumstances surrounding the deaths. On the evening of November 5, Police Lieutenant Colonel Nitithorn Trapiwaradej, Deputy Investigator of the Pluak Daeng Police Station, received a report of gunshot hole found in the window of a residence in Mab Yang Phon, Pluak Daeng District, Rayong Province. Authorities quickly arrived on the scene to investigate. Upon arrival, officers found two pickup trucks parked outside the house. After contacting the homeowner to gain entry, they discovered a tragic scene: two deceased individuals in an inner room. The victims were identified as Ms. Patcharin, 30, from Nong Khai Province, and Mr. Sittirat, 32. Ms. Patcharin was found on a bed with a gunshot wound to her head, while Mr. Sittirat lay dead near a clothes-drying rack with a similar head wound. A 9mm handgun was found near Mr. Sittirat, and it is believed the two had been dead for approximately three days. A neighbour, identified only as Mr. Art, stated that he had planned to ask the occupants to move their car but received no response. Upon noticing the bullet hole in the window, he immediately contacted the homeowner, who alerted the police. The property owner, Mr. Phanupong, 37, said that Ms. Patcharin had only recently rented the property in October. He had been informed by the housing project’s management that a vehicle was blocking access, so he went to check and collect the rent. Upon seeing the gunshot hole, he refrained from entering and called the police. Forensic officers have collected evidence from the scene, and local police are interviewing witnesses as they work to determine the cause of death in this tragic case.
