Any Hotels on Soi 8 Open?

Featured Replies

Went to Pattaya last weekand and my usual place, one that's been open recently, Eastiny Inn was closed.

Anyone know other places around soi 7 or 8 that are open?

Just out of interest why do you have to  stay on Soi 8. Plenty of hotels within a few hundred metres.

Silly expensive new place on Soi 7, "Blackwoods".

Just opened maybe 2 some months ago amidst the darkness of Soi 7.

Bathtub on the (private) balcony with beach  view ????

I can only join asking why Soi 7/8?

Among the most deserted Sois these days.

Action only at the corner/on beach-road.

And that was BEFORE the current shutdown!

It was a blast in it's heyday though, it was my introduction to Pattaya. Stayed at the original Sunshine Hotel before they built the new wing. Good memories.

True. Sunshine was great. Joy Bar was just nearby, then w/ the expansion moved across the street and kept its very local character w/ the old mamasan and a crooked old sign hanging outside. Couldn't survive COVID, sadly: gutted and now a slightly pretentious massage parlor.
