I plan to do my 90 days report by mail.

After entering Thailand I got a new passport from my embassy. 

So the passport for 90 days report is not the passport I entered Thailand with. 

I did transfer all stamps at CW and will send them the copies. 

It's the first 90 days report. 

 

Should I expect problems? 

Should I note the old passport number on the TM 47, additionally to the current one?

No and No

Could he do his 90 day report online with his new passport? (My next 90 day report will be with a new passport, so I'm curious about online...)

Not sure if will work or not. You might have to do your first 90 day report in person using the new passport.

I could not do them for years online until they did a change last year due to a old entry and a new passport.

There have been reports of success using a new passport for the first time. 

 

Assumed the new passport bug was fixed. 

 

No problems using a mail-in report for the first 90-day report on a new passport, IME.

 

 

My 90 day is due on 26th and have a new passport / moved stamps / renewed extension since last online report at Jomtien. Just tried an online report but just receive message to contact my Immigration Office.

 

Oh well, at least there should be fewer in person attendees than would have been the case prior to this online report update.

Immigration hotline 1178 says it won't work online.

They say in person or by mail would be ok.
