 +1 on PK, used them 8 years always good and fair pricing

Used P.K for 10+ years...First time I called him he said 'nothing wrong'..I asked 'how much' he said 'nothing'..I gave hin 200 baht for hist time and petrol..

He and his wife speak very good English.

500 baht is common, 400 better.

I pay 400 per aircon to PK, price same since first time so seems infation is not applicable to this...

We've used pretty much every AC service here in Pattaya over the past 10 to 12 years.  Used Numchai a bunch, but had some issues a few times, so changed. 

 

This guy speaks English, comes dressed properly, as does his assistant.  The most professional cleaning I've ever had.  Highly recommended.  And love his ability to speak English!! LOL
