Given that Sinovac is expected to have less total efficacy against  the Delta  variant and front line medical workers are an essential then a Pfizer booster will help to ensure they do not be forced to cease their function. It is  bad enough that Hospitals are being overwhelmed  in other resources but people are essential even if volunteers.
