I thought I read a post here recently stating that foreigners can now register with the DLT app, watch the video in our home, answer some questions and would be given a qr code to renew a 5 year license.

 

I downloaded the DLT app, clicked English and it will only let me register a Thai ID .. 

 

I can’t find the original post for the life of me. 
 

Can anyone help?
