No.  .1 near Klang will visit you.

There is one open unofficially in one of the side sois to Naklua road, I am sure there are more around but you have to look for them.

Saw an alfresco one at the bottom of Soi Photisan near the road going to Jamesons.

My Mrs used the Wahl clippers and I got that convict look..... it will do until better times. 

I drove through Soi Buakow yesterday, the barber shops are closed but a couple of them had a person or 2 sitting outside the shops, I'm guessing if you approach them they'll agree to a home visit.

I committed the crime of the century last week and got a long overdue illegal haircut from my regular barber. 

 

It was a weird experience - a clandestine arrangement to meet at his business premises after parking the scooter elsewhere, sneaking under the half opened shutter door which was then closed, dimmed lighting, no a/c, sneaking out under the door again, and an agreement that if asked we'd say we'd been eating food and/or a sexual rendezvous (he's gay, I ain't).

 

I now have an even greater sense of admiration for any underground organization working behind enemy lines. But I do wonder at the new alternative reality that makes getting a haircut a punishable crime - I'm pretty sure that in totalitarian states of Soviet Russia and Mao's China, even getting a haircut was not a criminal offence.

Pattaya Second Road on the corner of Soi 13: One of several barber shops open in town offering their service. On whatever legal ground, I do not know.

Go down to the end of Soi Buakhao near Klang there might be one then try around the corner head down towards 2nd road.  If they are open will not do shaves? Also try the side soi you have a better chance.

Inofficially, have a look for yourself; I got nicely groomed last week - business as usual (understandable for both customers and barbers)! 

with long hair !! not many seen to be open !!!!!

A good description. The salon I know is well hidden from the road in the back of a hotel lobby in a glas cubicle. Dimmed lights and maybe a curtain does the job.

A friend in Jomtien had a visit at his regular behind locked door (after a phone call).

I told my barber,  nothing to worry look at it this way every BIB since the lock down are nicely trimmed, everyday you watch T.V. all your leaders, all have their hair nicely colored black, spokeperson on T.V. entertainment shows all nicely trimmed why is that?

 

Yet you are shut down following the rules to the letter while every barber is breaking the rules, now just stop you crying and whining and get on with my haircut and shave. ????

Just remember that the nose scissors are covered with somebody else's Covid snot next time you go.
